Ticon Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended June 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was THB 937.96 million compared to THB 907.79 million a year ago. Revenue was THB 942.84 million compared to THB 913.37 million a year ago. Net income was THB 671.59 million compared to THB 769.23 million a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was THB 2,785.54 million compared to THB 2,712.41 million a year ago. Revenue was THB 2,810.18 million compared to THB 2,726.22 million a year ago. Net income was THB 1,972.07 million compared to THB 1,864.54 million a year ago.
