Torrent Pharmaceuticals Limited announced at board meeting held on January 30, 2019, the directors approved an interim dividend of INR 13 (260%) per equity share of INR 5 fully paid up. The dividend is expected to be paid/dispatched on or around February 13, 2019.
The company also announced that Shri Pradeep Bhargava will be completing his term as Independent Director of the Company on 31st March, 2019.
