I am writing to you in my capacity as Head of Market Relations of Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. ("tgs" or the "Company"), to report that on this date Mr. Ignacio Amigorena and Mr. Lucas Gobbo, who were both appointed Regular Directors by the Company's Annual Ordinary, Extraordinary and Special Shareholders' Meeting held on April 19, 2023, submitted their resignation to their position as of Novembre 30, 2023, due to personal reasons.

In this connection, we inform that the above-mentioned resignations will be considered by tgs' Board of Directors in its next meeting.
