UBS AG has appointed former Bank of America Corp. Managing Director Johnny Williams as vice chairman for the Americas. The Swiss bank reportedly said in a memo obtained by the newswire that Williams will team up with Steve Cummings, chairman for UBS Investment Bank in the Americas.
Williams was most recently co-head of Bank of America's technology equity capital markets group.
