A new meeting place is now opening on the ground floor of Wallenstam'sStockholm office. The restaurateur Acki Kokotos is opening Noema restaurant at Birger Jarlsgatan 64. The restaurant will entice guests with new culinary experiences, which will draw inspiration from all over the world.

Birger Jarlsgatan 64 is an address with a long history. The building in which Noema is now being established was completed in 1927 and at that time was built for Svenska Engelska Mineralolje AB, which later became Shell. Wallenstam acquired the property in 2007 and has had its Stockholm office here since then.

Birger Jarlsgatan 64 is perhaps most famous because of a tenant that was never located in the building, Öhman's department store, from the popular drama series Varuhuset, which was screened on Swedish Television (SVT) in the 1980s. Noema restaurant will open on November 23.
