Wallenstam has issued a green bond under its green framework and MTN program. The issue consists of SEK 300 million with a maturity of 2 years and with a variable interest rate of 3M Stibor + 120 basis points. The bond is unsecured.
The bond proceeds will be used for financing of Wallenstam's wind turbines.
