Xtra Energy Corporation (OTCPK:XTPT) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 825 Acre Mining Property in United States from Red Beryl Mining Company, Inc. and Strategic Stibium Mining LLC for $0.53 million on June 1, 2022. As part of consideration, Xtra will pay 10,000,000 restricted common shares.
