Yunding Technology Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:000409) signed an agreement to acquire additional 19.37% stake in Beidou Tiandi Co., Ltd. from Jinan Chengji Trading Co., Ltd. for CNY 91.7 million on December 29, 2023. The transaction was approved by the Board of Directors of Yunding Technology Co.,Ltd.
Yunding Technology Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:000409) completed the acquisition of an additional 19.37% stake in Beidou Tiandi Co., Ltd. from Jinan Chengji Trading Co., Ltd. on January 30, 2024.
