Yunding Technology Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:000409) signed an agreement to acquire additional 6.63% stake in Beidou Tiandi Co., Ltd. from Jinan Chengji Trading Co., Ltd. for CNY 31.4 million on December 29, 2023. The transaction was approved by the Board of Directors of Yunding Technology Co.,Ltd.
