Yunding Technology Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:000409) signed an equity transfer agreement to acquire 50.1% stake in Shandong Energy Digital Technology Co., Ltd. from Shandong Energy Group Co., Ltd. for CNY 20.6 million on October 15, 2021. The consideration shall be paid through self-owned or self-raised funds to be paid at completion. Post completion, Shandong Energy Group Co., Ltd. will seize to hold any stake in Shandong Energy Digital Technology Co., Ltd. As of June 30, 2021, total asset and net asset of Shandong Energy Digital Technology Co., Ltd. was CNY 30.2 million and CNY 20.5 million respectively. The transaction is approved by the board of Yunding Technology Co.,Ltd. at the seventeenth meeting of the tenth board of directors.
