BlackRock Chief Executive Officer Larry Fink made $37.7 million in 2025, a roughly $700,000 increase from the year before.

Fink's pay was boosted by higher stock awards and about $500,000 in other miscellaneous compensation, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing on Friday.

The value of Fink's stock awards increased to $24.6 million from $18.2 million the year before, a 35% increase.

President Robert Kapito's compensation also increased hitting $25.7 million, up from $21.7 million in 2024.

Chief Operating Officer Robert Goldstein made $15.6 million, up from $13.1 million in the prior year.
