Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 3 April 2026, approved the payment of dividends to ordinary shareholders at a rate of THB 2.6700 per share (includes special dividend of THB 0.60 per share). The bank has already paid an interim dividend for the Year Ended December 31, 2025 to ordinary shareholders at a rate of THB 0.43 per share on November 27, 2025. Therefore, the remaining dividend to be paid for this period to ordinary shareholders at a rate of THB 2.2400 per share (includes special dividend of THB 0.60 per share).
The bank will determine the record date for shareholders entitled to receive the dividend on April 16, 2026, and will pay the dividend on April 30, 2026.
