Walmart launched a new division offering maintenance services to businesses.
The retailer said Tuesday it was introducing Upstream Facility Services, which provides HVAC, refrigeration, general maintenance, electrical and plumbing services to businesses.
Upstream's maintenance model combines urgent repairs, preventive maintenance and predictive service, Walmart said.
Upstream has technicians and training centers across the country, Walmart said.
It is built for businesses managing complex facility operations, especially those with multiple locations.
