Acadian Timber Corp. Acadian Announce Dividend , Payable on April 13, 2018; Appoints Mr. Bruce Robertson to its Board of Directors

Acadian Timber Corp. announced a dividend of $0.275 per share, payable on April 13, 2018 to shareholders of record on March 31, 2018.

The company also announce the appointment of Mr. Bruce Robertson, CPA, CA to its Board of Directors effective February 14, 2018. Mr. Robertson, is currently the Vice President, Investments of The Woodbridge Company Limited and joined the firm in 2013. Prior to joining Woodbridge, Mr. Robertson held various executive positions at private equity firms focused largely on markets in Canada and the United States.
