ADF Foods Limited Recommends Final Dividend for the Fiscal Year March 31, 2024

ADF Foods Limited at its board meeting held on 9 May, 2024, Recommended a final dividend of INR 1.20 per share (that is 60%) on equity shares of face value of INR 2 each, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the upcoming 34th Annual General Meeting. Final dividend, if approved by the Shareholders at the 34th AGM, will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration of dividend, to those Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members /List of Beneficial Owners of the Company as on 26 July, 2024 (Record Date), received from the Depositories that is National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited.

The Company also provides baked snacks and flavored milk drinks.
