The American aerospace corporation, The Boeing Company, on may 15th announced that the company is selling 30% of its defense products overseas. This company seems to resist to the American economical climate and the uncertainty of the domestic military expenses. These exportations represent about 33 billion dollars.
The Company keeps a strong financial health with an 8.5% margin on commercial aircraft and 9% on defense and space unit. Earnings per share are expected at 4.56 dollars in wide decrease due to exceptional provisions but dividend should be 1.74 dollars per share for fiscal 2012.
Technically the stock is evolving in a neutral range between USD 70.6 and USD 77.3. A decline is observed since mid-April and push the security on its pivot point of USD 72.85. A rebound could take place in this area and a new upward movement could be engaged on the way to the USD 77.3 resistance.
Investors may take a buying position on the stock with a target on USD 77.3 resistance. The intensification of the bearish trend beyond the USD 70.60 support will invalidate our strategy. The stop loss will be positioned at USD 70.4.
