On 23 September 2021 the independent Trustee of the British American Tobacco Group Employee Trust released the following number of phantom British American Tobacco p.l.c. 25p ordinary shares (the "Shares") granted to the following person discharging managerial responsibilities under the 2017 Phantom Long-Term Incentive Plan ("2017 Award") and the 2018 Phantom Long-Term Incentive Plan ("2018 Award"). Subsequent sale of Shares is also set out below.
