CMR, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV:CMR B) acquired remaining 50% stake in Las Nuevas Delicias Gastronómicas, S. De R.L. De C.V. from Brinker International, Inc. (NYSE:EAT) for $18 million on October 13, 2017. As reported, the consideration will be paid within 72 months with resources that CMR obtains from its restaurants, so it will not need to contract debt. The acquisition has been approved by the Board of Directors of CMR, S.A.B. de C.V.

CMR SAB de CV is a Mexico-based company primarily engaged in the management of restaurants. The Company's activities are divided into two business segments: Restaurants and Rental. The Restaurants division is responsible for the operation of fast food and Mexican restaurants under a range of brand names, such as Wings, La Calle, Fonda Mexicana, Chili's, Olive Garden, La Destileria, El Lago, Red Lobster, The Capital Grille, LongHorn Steakhouse and Bistro Chapultepec. The Rental segment includes leasing of commercial real estate.
