Revealed today, the EMpower Role Model Lists are split into three categories - Executives, Advocates and Future Leaders - and celebrate those who are driving the charge for inclusive and diversity in businesses.

Commended for ensuring inclusion and diversity sits at the heart of Diageo, Ivan and Mairéad have been recognised for their achievements to date, and the business' future commitments, including 50% female and 45% ethnically diverse representation across its leadership by 2030.

As well as launching ambitious representation goals in the last 12 months, we have also introduced initiatives including the $20 million community fund to help black communities and businesses recover from COVID-19 in North America, became an early signatory of the Change the Race Ratio and worked closely and supported employee resource groups across the world, such as AHEAD (African Heritage Employees at Diageo) in North America and REACH (Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage) in the UK.
