The Company’s projects include Des Herbiers Project, Tinco North Claim, Tinco South Claim, Valor Project, Paterson Lake Project, Portland Creek Uranium Project, Pegasus Lithium Project, Parna Lithium Project, and Yeelirrie Project. The Des Herbiers Project consists of 66 non-contiguous Claims covering an area of approximately 36 square kilometers. The Tinco Project consists of two Claims, the Tinco North Claim (MC00015793) and the Tinco South Claim (MC00017688). The Valor Project comprises 229 Claims covering an area of approximately 125 square kilometers in southwest Quebec, approximately 40 kilometers (km) north-west of Val-d’Or. The Paterson Lake Project comprises 106 Claims covering an area of approximately 12 square kilometers located approximately 60 km north of Kenora, to the northwest of Ontario, Canada.
