Daouincube, Inc. (KOSE:A020120), Daou Data Corp. (KOSDAQ:A032190) and eMoney, Inc. signed a contract to acquire 80% stake in Multibits Image Co.,Ltd from Texcell-NetCom Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A038540) for KRW 12 billion on July 31, 2015. Texcell-NetCom will sell 0.24 million shares at KRW 50,000 per share. Under the transaction, Daouincube will acquire 0.1 million shares of Multibits Image. A deposit of KRW 2.4 billion has been made and remaining KRW 9.6 billion will be paid on August 21, 2015. A resolution was passed for the transaction on July 31, 2015. The transaction is expected to be completed on August 21, 2015.
