Daouincube, Inc. (KOSE:A020120) agreed to acquire 80% stake in BomComics Co., Inc. for KRW 460 million on June 14, 2017. Under the terms of transaction, Daouincube, Inc. will acquire 0.8 million shares of BomComics Co., Inc. For the year ended December 31, 2016, BomComics Co., Inc. reported total assets of KRW 542 million, net liabilities of KRW 2.1 billion, revenue of KRW 4.3 billion and net loss for KRW 1.5 billion. The transaction was resolved by Board of Daouincube, Inc. on June 14, 2017. Younghoon Kim, Chief Executive Officer of Bomcomics Co.,Ltd. changed into the Director of the Daouincube, Inc. per the amendment received on June 28, 2017. The transaction is expected to be completed by June 30, 2017. As per the amendment received on June 28, 2017, the transaction is now expected to close on July 3, 2017.
