Notice Regarding the Selection and Application for "Prime Market"
in the Tokyo Stock Exchange New Market Segments
LIFULL Co., Ltd. hereby announces that a meeting of its Board of Directors held today has made the following resolution regarding the transition to the new market segments of the Tokyo Stock Exchange scheduled for April 4, 2022.
Notes
On July 9, 2021, the Company received the results of the Tokyo Stock Exchange assessment regarding the status of compliance with listing criteria for the new market segments. These results confirmed that the Company is in compliance with the listing criteria for the "Prime Market" as of June 30, 2021.
Based on these results, the Board of Directors has reviewed the concepts for each of the new market segments and made the decision to transition to the "Prime Market."
The Company will continue to follow the schedule for completing the required procedures set by the Tokyo Stock Exchange in a timely manner.
