Macauto Industrial Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2019. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 1,442.721 million compared to TWD 1,430.500 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 171.394 million compared to TWD 143.826 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 123.399 million compared to TWD 106.093 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 1.65 compared to TWD 1.42 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 1.64 compared to TWD 1.41 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was TWD 4,330.234 million compared to TWD 4,392.168 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 488.941 million compared to TWD 486.507 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 401.078 million compared to TWD 390.721 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 5.35 compared to TWD 5.22 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 5.33 compared to TWD 5.19 a year ago.
Macauto Industrial Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of automotive curtains. The Company's main products include automotive shutters and electric yard tools, such as lawn mowers. Its automotive shutters include rear-mounted sunshades, side window sunshades, triangular window sunshades, sunroof sunshades, windshields, cover curtains, storage nets, safety nets and cold air shutters. The Company distributes its products in domestic market to overseas markets, including the mainland China, the United States, the Netherlands and others.
