Macauto Industrial Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 1,053.557 million compared to TWD 1,487.308 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 93.034 million compared to TWD 163.259 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 72.878 million compared to TWD 145.218 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.97 compared to TWD 1.94 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 0.97 compared to TWD 1.93 a year ago.
Macauto Industrial Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of automotive curtains. The Company's main products include automotive shutters and electric yard tools, such as lawn mowers. Its automotive shutters include rear-mounted sunshades, side window sunshades, triangular window sunshades, sunroof sunshades, windshields, cover curtains, storage nets, safety nets and cold air shutters. The Company distributes its products in domestic market to overseas markets, including the mainland China, the United States, the Netherlands and others.
