Macauto Industrial Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 1,254.312 million compared to TWD 1,442.721 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 159.177 million compared to TWD 171.394 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 147.858 million compared to TWD 123.399 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 1.97 compared to TWD 1.65 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 1.97 compared to TWD 1.64 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was TWD 3,173.999 million compared to TWD 4,330.234 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 309.782 million compared to TWD 488.941 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 290.361 million compared to TWD 401.078 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 3.88 compared to TWD 5.35 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 3.86 compared to TWD 5.33 a year ago.
Macauto Industrial Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of automotive curtains. The Company's main products include automotive shutters and electric yard tools, such as lawn mowers. Its automotive shutters include rear-mounted sunshades, side window sunshades, triangular window sunshades, sunroof sunshades, windshields, cover curtains, storage nets, safety nets and cold air shutters. The Company distributes its products in domestic market to overseas markets, including the mainland China, the United States, the Netherlands and others.
