Major Joy Film Company Limited announced that it expects to receive THB 150 million in funding from Major Cineplex Group Public Company Limited

Major Joy Film Company Limited announced a private placement of 1,500,000 shares at a price of THB 100 per share for gross proceeds of THB 150,000,000 on May 31, 2022. The transaction included participation from existing investor Major Cineplex Group Public Company Limited. Post completion of the transaction, the capital of the company will increase from THB 100,000,000 to THB 250,000,000.

The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of the company at its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No.1/2022. Post-closing Major Cineplex Group Public Company Limited's stake in company will increase from 99.9997% to 99.9998% in the company.
