Rambus Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported revenue was USD 105.3 million compared to USD 112.24 million a year ago. Net income was USD 103.2 million compared to USD 0.939 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.95 compared to USD 0.01 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.93 compared to USD 0.01 a year ago.
For the nine months, revenue was USD 338.89 million compared to USD 332.43 million a year ago. Net income was USD 275.36 million compared to net loss of USD 30.26 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 2.54 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of USD 0.27 a year ago.
