Recordati has purchased 1,118 of its own ordinary shares

(Alliance News) - Recordati Spa reported Monday that it purchased 1,118 of its own ordinary shares between Jan. 8 and Jan. 12.

The shares were taken over at an average unit price of EUR47.8550, for a total value of EUR53,501.89.

As of today, the company holds 3.1 million treasury shares, representing 1.5 percent of its share capital.

Recordati's stock closed Monday down 1.9 percent at EUR49.99 per share.
