TRINA SOLAR CO., LTD. Trina Solar Limited (NYSE:TSL) entered into an agreement to acquire 51% stake in Hubei Hongyuan PV Science and Technology Co., Ltd. from S.C New Energy Technology Corporation on February 14, 2014. Subsequent to the transaction, Hubei Hongyuan will change its name to Hubei Trina Solar Co., Ltd. Ilse Schache of Brunswick Group acted as public relations advisor for Trina Solar Limited.
