Rio de Janeiro, September 19, 2018 - Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. - Petrobras, following up on the release published on 01/24/2017 and further to the information disclosed in the explanatory note 28.4.2 of the company's financial statements of the second quarter of 2018 , informs that today the District Court of Rotterdam ('Court') has handed down a procedural ruling in the class action filed by St. Petrobras Compensation Foundation against Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. and other co-defendants in the Netherlands.

There was no decision on the merits, once the court ruled only on procedural issues and the class action will proceed to the next stages.

Petrobras denies all allegations presented by the Foundation and continues taking the necessary measures to defend its interests.

It is worth mentioning that the Brazilian authorities, including the Federal Supreme Court, recognize that Petrobras has been a victim of the acts revealed by Operation Lava Jato. As a victim, the company has already recovered about R $ 2.5 billion and will continue to seek all appropriate measures against companies and individuals that have caused damages.

Material facts regarding this class action will be timely disclosed to the market.
