Real estate company Fortinova and Tornstaden have established a joint venture to develop the BRF Bolselyckan residential project in Trönninge, north of Varberg. The development comprises 68 apartments across four buildings ranging from four to five stories.

Construction is scheduled to commence after the summer, with occupancy expected in early 2028. The construction contract will be executed by Tornstaden.
