(Alliance News) - Generalfinance Spa has announced that the Venice Court of Appeal, in the second-instance proceedings regarding a clawback action brought by the bankruptcy estate of Industries Sportswear Company Srl, has ordered the company to pay approximately EUR2.2 million, plus costs and interest estimated at roughly EUR1.2 million.

The company stated in a note that it is currently evaluating the appropriate legal actions to protect its interests.
