Real estate company Heimstaden has divested its 80 percent stake in Heimstaden Samariten, the entity owning the property Eskilstuna Samariten 14. The buyer is Slättö Nybrofast Samariten MergeCo, part of a fund managed by real estate investor Slättö.

The transaction results in Slättö increasing its holding in the property, which serves as an educational facility in Eskilstuna. No financial details were disclosed.
