--The U.S. International Trade Commission ordered that U.S. imports of the Jeuveau wrinkle treatment are to be halted for 21 months, Bloomberg reported Wednesday.

--The ruling upholds a judge's decision in an earlier case, which said Evolus Inc. and its partner Daewoong Pharmaceutical Co. made Jeuveau using a secret process from AbbVie's South Korean partner Daewoong Pharmaceutical Co., the report said.

--A spokeswoman for Evolus said, "We will now focus on overturning the decision by mobilizing interested parties close to this matter through the presidential review process." She added, "We remain committed to finding a resolution to this legal matter, including reasonable settlement terms with Allergan's new owner, AbbVie, and Medytox," according to the report.
