Aterian Plc is an exploration and development company with a diversified African portfolio of critical metals projects. It seeks to acquire and develop new critical metal resources. The Company holds a portfolio of multiple copper-silver and base metal projects in the Kingdom of Morocco, with a total area of about 897 square kilometers. The Company, through Atlantis Metals (Pty) Ltd (Atlantis), holds about seven mineral prospecting licenses for copper-silver in the Kalahari Copperbelt and three for lithium brine exploration in the Makgadikgadi Pans region. The total license area in Botswana is about 4,486 square kilometers. Its other projects include The Agdz Project, The Tata Project, The Azrar Project, The Jebilet Est Project, The Jafra Project, The HCK Project, The Musasa Project, The Dynasty Project, The Sua Pan Project, The Zaer Project, and The West Tazalaght Project, among others. The Agdz Project covers about 34.46 square kilometers and comprises a single mining license.
