The Company operates three divisions. The customer relationship management (CRM) contact center division provides Internet protocol contact center (IPCC) solutions, predictive dialing systems (PDSs), computer telephony integration systems, basic call management systems and others. The mobile division provides short message service center (SMSC) solutions, wireless application protocol (WAP) gateway solutions, multimedia message service center (MMSC) solutions and others. The audio content division provides digital audio contents including audio books, audio dramas, audio broadcasting contents and others through the subsidiary Hansol C&M Corporation.
