Shang Properties, Inc. announced that Mr. Ho Shut Kan formally tendered his resignation as Director of the company effective 27 November 2018 and upon approval by the Board of Directors. Mr. Wong Chi Kong, Louis was appointed as member of the Board to replace Mr. Ho Shut Kan and serve as such for the remainder of Mr. Ho's term and until his successor is duly elected and qualified. Mr. Wong Chi Kong, Louis has been the Chief Financial Officer of Kerry Properties Limited ("KPL") since 2007. He was trained and qualified as Chartered Accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick, London, England. He had about 10 years of experience in auditing in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong before joining Kerry Group in 1994. Prior to taking up the position of the Chief Financial Officer of KPL, he was involved in the Coca-Cola beverage business in which Kerry Group was a franchised bottler of Coca-Cola products in China.
