Investment vehicle Investor, a major shareholder in SEB, sold 3 million A-shares in the banking group on March 24. The transaction was executed off-market at a price of SEK 190.45 per share, representing a total consideration of SEK 571.4 million, according to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's transparency register.
Following the sale, Investor holds 438.20 million shares, equivalent to 21.45 percent of the capital and 21.50 percent of the voting rights in SEB, according to data from Holdings.
Concurrently, SEB has concluded its latest SEK 1.25 billion share buyback program, effectively reducing the number of outstanding shares.
