March 27 (Reuters) - Credit ratings agency S&P on Friday lowered Senegal's local currency rating to "CCC+/C" from "B-/B", citing rising refinancing risks and the government's growing dependence on short-maturity domestic debt amid stalled talks on a new IMF programme.
The agency also revised Senegal's outlook to "negative" from CreditWatch developing.
