Hashimoto Sogyo Holdings Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7570) agreed to acquire Sanin Sekisui Shoji Co.,Ltd. from Sekisui Chemical Co., Ltd. (TSE:4204) on May 11, 2023. Hashimoto Sogyo to acquire 30,000 shares in Sanin Sekisui Shoji. The planned stock transfer execution date is on July 1, 2023.
