Hashimoto Sogyo Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:7570) entered into a basic agreement to acquire Eishoyoko, K.K. from Kunihiko Kasa, Yoshiko Kasa, and others on September 26, 2017. Hashimoto Sogyo Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:7570) entered into a transfer agreement to acquire Eishoyoko, K.K. from Kunihiko Kasa, Yoshiko Kasa, and others on December 26, 2017. Under the terms of the transaction, 7400 shares of Eishoyoko will be acquired. Upon completion, Eishoyoko, K.K. will become subsidiary of Hashimoto Sogyo Holdings Co., Ltd, holding 100% stake in Eishoyoko, K.K.. The share transfer contract is expected to be signed in mid-December 2017. The transaction is expected to close on January 11, 2018.
