Hashimoto Sogyo Holdings Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7570) agreed to acquire 66% stake in Japan Policy Research Institute from TRC Library Service Inc. on March 30, 2023. Number of shares owned after transaction is 6,600 shares of Japan Policy Research Institute. Board of directors resolution was held on February 28, 2023.
The transaction is expected to close on April 1, 2023.
