Hashimoto Sogyo Holdings Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7570) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 450,000 shares, representing 2.21% of its share capital,for ¥580.05 million. The repurchase price will be ¥1,289 per share.
The company will repurchase its shares in order to implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. As of September 30, 2023, the company had 20,400,556 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 892,496 shares in treasury.
