Kung Long Batteries Industrial Co.,Ltd announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 1,688.292 million compared to TWD 2,005.878 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 280.239 million compared to TWD 321.270 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 195.886 million compared to TWD 257.410 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 2.4 compared to TWD 3.15 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 2.39 compared to TWD 3.15 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 3,393.325 million compared to TWD 4,014.182 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 530.857 million compared to TWD 652.488 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 405.864 million compared to TWD 514.083 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 4.96 compared to TWD 6.29 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 4.94 compared to TWD 6.27 a year ago.
