Aspex Management (HK) Limited agreed to acquire 5% stake in Delivery Hero SE (XTRA:DHER) from Prosus N.V. (ENXTAM:PRX) for approximately ?340 million on May 11, 2026. A cash consideration of ?335 million will be paid by Aspex Management (HK) Limited. As part of consideration, ?335 million is paid towards common equity of Delivery Hero SE.

- management of mobile and electronic payment platforms (21.7%; PayU);

- other (1.3%).
