ExxonMobil Chief Executive Officer Darren Woods' compensation declined 25% last year despite an increase in salary.
Woods' total compensation was $33 million, down from $44.1 million in 2024. His salary increased to $2.1 million from $2 million, while his bonus declined to $4.1 million from $4.5 million.
The oil company reported zero increase in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings for Woods, compared with an increase of $10.4 million in 2024.
His stock awards declined to $25.9 million from $26.7 million.
The compensation of former Chief Financial Officer Kathryn Mikells declined to $17.1 million last year from $18.9 million in 2024.
She received a salary increase, but a lower bonus of $2.6 million, down from $2.9 million. Her stock awards decreased to $12.1 million from $13.3 million.
Mikells retired as CFO on Feb. 1, citing health issues. She was succeeded by Neil Hansen.
