Eurazeo Reportedly in Negotiations to Take Majority Stake in EasyVista

Eurazeo SE (ENXTPA:RF) is in exclusive negotiations to acquire a majority stake in EasyVista S.A. (ENXTPA:ALEZV) followed by a mandatory tender offer. Price of €70 per share values 100% of the share capital of EasyVista at approximately €131 million on a fully diluted basis.
