Under the program, the company will repurchase 18,100 shares, representing 0.18% of its share capital, at ¥1,748 per share for ¥31.64 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. As of October 31, 2019, the company had 10,135,869 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 510,657 shares in treasury.
