Investment company Investor has decided to exercise the authorization to transfer its own shares granted at the 2026 Annual General Meeting. The purpose is to secure obligations and costs related to long-term employee incentive programs and synthetic shares within board fees.
Transfers may take place on Nasdaq Stockholm from May 8, 2026, until the 2027 Annual General Meeting, within the prevailing price range. Investor currently holds 4.96 million B-shares, representing the maximum number of shares that may be transferred.
